Cancellation Policy

Aestetic has a 48-hour cancellation policy. As a courtesy to us and other clients, we require at least 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment either by phone or email.

Credit card details are required to secure your booking via a $50 deposit. 

Failure to attend a booked appointment or cancellation of the appointment within 48-hours will result in a termination fee of your booking deposit amount of $50, or the $50 termination fee will charged to your card on file.

With exception to Cosmetic Tattooing where a $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment, failure to show on the day or cancel within 48hrs results in the termination fee being charged, totalling your booking deposit.

However, if a cancellation is made outside the 48 hours prior or you need to reschedule, we are able to transfer your deposit to a credit on file, to be used for your future booking.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we reserve the right to deny your appointment with loss of your $50 booking deposit as a termination fee.
