Rebecca
Founder & Registered Cosmetic Nurse
Rebecca’s journey in the beauty and aesthetics industry began in 2017, inspired by her passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Her career began with lash and brow training, followed by accredited cosmetic tattoo training in 2018. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2019 and a Cosmetic Aesthetics course in 2020. Rebecca is now completing a postgraduate diploma in Dermal Science, reflecting her commitment to continued education and a deeper understanding of skin health.
Combining clinical knowledge with a creative eye and meticulous attention to detail, Rebecca takes a thoughtful and personalised approach to every treatment. She believes the best results enhance each client’s natural beauty while helping them feel like the most confident version of themselves.
At the heart of Rebecca’s vision for Aestetic is a welcoming space where clients feel heard, cared for and completely at ease. She is equally passionate about supporting her team and creating an environment where everyone can continue to learn and grow.
Jasmine
Clinic Co-ordinator
Jasmine joined Aestetic in August 2026 as our Clinic Coordinator and quickly became an essential part of our team.
She is the welcoming face you see when you arrive, the friendly voice on the phone and the person helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.
With a background in real estate, Jasmine brings exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail to her role. She understands the importance of creating a thoughtful, personalised experience and has a natural ability to make every person feel heard, valued and genuinely cared for.
From coordinating appointments and answering questions to supporting our practitioners and keeping the clinic flowing each day, Jasmine plays such an important role in every part of the client journey. Her warmth, kindness and calm nature help make Aestetic feel like the welcoming space we want it to be.
Jasmine is so much more than the person behind the front desk - she is a key part of the heart of our clinic, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Aestetic family.
Zara
Team Leader + Lash & Brow Specialist
Zara joined Aestetic in March 2024, bringing a genuine passion for beauty and helping others feel their best. Her journey began in 2020, when she explored hairdressing before discovering her true love for the beauty industry and completing a classic lash extension course.
Since joining Aestetic, Zara has grown into a talented therapist, trusted Team Leader and essential part of the clinic.
As Aestetic’s longest-standing team member, she has been beside Bec through so much of the clinic’s journey. Her loyalty, dedication and genuine care for the clients, team and business mean more than words can express, and she is someone Bec trusts wholeheartedly.
Zara is committed to perfecting her craft, enhancing natural beauty and building genuine, long-lasting relationships with her clients. Her creativity, kindness and passion bring so much heart to Aestetic every day - and the team couldn’t imagine the clinic without her.
Tahlia
Beauty Therapist
Tahlia joined the Aestetic team in November 2025, bringing with her a genuine love for skin and a passion for helping people feel confident in it. She completed much of her lash, brow and skin training right here at Aestetic, going on to graduate her beauty therapy diploma in early 2026 - and she's now furthering her expertise through her current studies in Dermal Science.
Now a valued member of the Aestetic team, Tahlia is committed to perfecting her craft and delivering results that leave clients feeling confident and cared for, both in their skin and in their experience with us.
Tahlia's passion is simple - helping people feel good in their own skin - and she's excited to keep growing within the industry, bringing her curiosity, care and skill to Aestetic every day.
Monique
Registered Cosmetic Nurse
Monique joined Aestetic in July 2025, bringing with her more than 8 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the aesthetics industry.
Known for her caring, kind and gentle nature, Monique has a beautiful ability to make every client feel comfortable, understood and completely at ease. She takes the time to listen, understand each client’s goals and create a thoughtful, personalised treatment plan that feels right for them.
Monique loves guiding clients through their individual aesthetic journey, building a treatment plan over time that supports considered enhancements while helping them feel like the very best version of themselves.
A special fun fact - Monique and Bec were best friends in high school! Having known each other for so many years makes it even more exciting to now be working alongside one another.
Amy
Registered Cosmetic Nurse
Amy is a skilled Registered Nurse, bringing over five years of clinical experience to Aestetic. Her nursing journey has been one of growth and transformation, and in late 2023, Amy made the exciting transition into Cosmetic Nursing to pursue her true passion - helping people feel their best and boosting their confidence.
With a deep belief in the power of aesthetic treatments to enhance well-being, Amy is committed to delivering natural, subtle results that empower her clients to radiate confidence.
