Crystal Retinal 3 is where we start most clients new to vitamin A. Retinal (retinaldehyde) is a fast-acting form of vitamin A, and Medik8's patented stability system keeps it working. Over time it helps visibly smooth fine lines, brighten dark spots, decongest and firm.

Start slow, a few nights a week, and build up as your skin gets comfortable.

How to use: apply at night after cleansing, then moisturise. Always wear SPF the next morning.
